Sarah & Trey – Engaged!

Sarah and Trey met at church, as their faith is a large focal point in their lives. For their first date, they went to a Pacer’s game! Their relationship centers around quality time and fun, and some of their favorite things to do together include playing board games and building with legos. In fact, Trey incorporated this shared interest into his proposal. During a family vacation, the entire family went to a park for board games, after which Trey took Sarah on a walk, and got down on one knee and asked Sarah to marry him. You can see in these photos just how smitten Trey is with Sarah.

I absolutely adore destination engagement sessions. I travelled to Indianapolis for Sarah and Trey’s engagement photos last fall and had such a great time! As a fellow photographer, Sarah understands the importance of dressing the part in order to elevate those photos, and they showed up as one of my best dressed engaged couples. Nothing speaks more to me than a wrap dress, block heels and a blazer!

I am posting this after I have already photographed Sarah and Trey’s wedding. Sarah and Trey got married in April and I travelled back to Indiana to photograph their wedding day. Stay tuned for their wedding blog post!
